Potato Topped Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. oil
    garlic salt
    3 large potatoes
    milk
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 can whole kernel corn
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown onion and meat.
    Season and add corn.
    Stir.
    Cover and simmer while potatoes cook.
    Boil potatoes for creaming.
    Drain. Add butter and milk, then cream. Drain meat mixture and put in casserole dish. Cover with the mashed potatoes and sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
    Place under broiler just long enough for cheese to melt.
    (May also use instant potatoes.)
