Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. plain flour
3 Tbsp. pineapple juice
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. crumbled Ritz crackers
1/2 c. sugar
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation

Drain pineapple, saving juice.
Mix all ingredients except crackers and margarine.
Pour into a 1-quart buttered casserole. Mix crackers with melted margarine.
Put on top of casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
