Shipwreck Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. fat
    1 small onion
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    3 c. diced potatoes
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 (No. 2) can red beans
    3 c. tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    dash of pepper
    dash of chili powder
Preparation
    Fry onion and ground beef in skillet and brown slightly.
    Add rest of ingredients in layers.
    Heat on top of stove until it steams, then place in 350\u00b0 oven for approximately 1 hour.
    Dip spoon straight down to the bottom so as to serve in layers.
    Serves 8 to 10.
