Irish Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. soft butter
1 egg
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients.
Add butter.
Chop flour and butter until it looks like cornmeal.
Beat sour cream, egg and milk; fold into dry ingredients.
Mix well. Add raisins.
Bake 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Makes 1 loaf.
