Cinnamon Buns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
1 c. milk, scalded
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 well beaten egg
1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. shortening
1 tsp. salt
3 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
Preparation

Soften yeast in lukewarm water.
Combine milk, shortening, sugar and salt.
Cool to lukewarm.
Add softened yeast and egg. Gradually stir in flour to form soft dough.
Beat vigorously. Cover and let rise in warm place until double in bulk, about 2 hours.
