Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 egg yolks
    3/4 c. milk
    1 c. mashed bananas
    3 c. flour
    3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. scalded raisins
    3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Preparation
    Cream butter, egg yolks and sugar.
    Add milk and mashed bananas.
    Mix gradually.
    Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Beat well.
    Add nuts and raisins mixed with a little flour.
    Fold in beaten egg whites.
    Pour in 2 bread pans, greased and floured. Let stand 15 minutes.
    Bake 1 hour.
    Melt butter on top and rub cinnamon on top.
