Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. melted margarine
    4 c. tomato juice
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 oz. garlic salt
    1 oz. onion salt
    1 oz. celery salt
    1 oz. Worcestershire sauce
    1 oz. hot sauce
    1 (10 oz.) bottle catsup
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    4 bay leaves
    2 c. packed brown sugar
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 oz. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Bring margarine and tomato juice to a boil in large saucepan. Add remaining ingredients.
    Simmer for 30 minutes.
    Discard bay leaves.
    Yields 1 1/2 quarts.
