Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 graham crackers, crushed
    1 large pkg. vanilla pudding (NutraSweet)
    4 bananas, sliced
    8 oz. lite Cool Whip
    2 small cans crushed pineapple (in its own juice), drained
    coconut (optional)
    2 c. strawberries, sliced
Preparation
    Spread graham crackers in a 9 x 13-inch dish. Cover with mixed pudding.
    Chill.
    Layer bananas, then Cool Whip followed by strawberries and pineapple. Sprinkle coconut on top.
    Refrigerate. Makes 8 servings.
