Creamy Potatoes And Franks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. diced onion
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    sprinkle of garlic
    2 2/3 c. milk
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    4 c. potatoes, sliced
    6 wieners, chunked
Preparation
    Melt butter in large saucepan.
    Blend in flour, onion, salt, mustard and garlic salt.
    Stir in milk.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens.
    Stir in cheese, potatoes and wieners.
    Spoon mixture into buttered 2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
