Lemon Shrimp Rounds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 c. chopped cooked shrimp
    1/4 c. finely chopped green onion
    2 to 3 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a medium mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in lemon juice. Stir in shrimp, onion, horseradish and pepper. Chill. Serve with Melba toast.
