Squash Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. squash
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. evaporated milk
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Cook squash until tender and water evaporates.
    Measure out 2 cups squash.
    Add margarine while squash is hot; add other ingredients.
    Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Best when completely cool!!
