Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. oil
    3/4 c. nuts
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. carrots, grated
    1 can crushed pineapple, drained
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add vanilla, carrots, oil, eggs and pineapple.
    Grease pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
