Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    4 eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3 c. sugar
    2/3 c. water
    2 c. canned pumpkin
    2 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. raisins
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. mashed ripe bananas
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2 c. sifted flour
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar.
    Beat eggs until light and add. Press bananas and add lemon juice.
    Blend with creamed mixture. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together, then combine.
    Add nuts.
    Bake in greased 1 pound loaf pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0
    for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.
