Fresh Fried Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 ears of corn
salt and pepper
6 slices bacon
3/4 c. milk
Preparation

With a sharp knife, remove corn from cob (outer 1/2 of kernel).
Take teaspoon and scrape down length of cob to extract rest of kernel and corn milk.
Salt and pepper and set aside.
Fry bacon; drain and crumble.
Set aside.
Add corn to bacon fat in skillet and cook slowly for 20 minutes.
Add bacon and milk.
Cook 5 additional minutes.
Serve.
Serves 2 to 4.
