Bay Island Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 large can V-8 juice
    6 beef bouillon cubes
    2 c. chopped cabbage
    2 c. chopped celery
    2 c. chopped carrots
    2 c. chopped onions
    12 c. water
    chopped potatoes (if desired)
Preparation
    Brown the beef and 1 cup onions.
    Pour V-8 juice into large pan.
    Add all the other ingredients and then add the browned beef mixture. Cook on medium until vegetables are tender.
    Stir frequently.
