Norwegian Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. diced apples
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Combine sugar, flour, salt and baking powder; stir well.
Beat in egg and vanilla.
Stir in nuts and apples; mixture becomes thick.
Spoon into a buttered pie pan and spread evenly.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
