Squash Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash (yellow summer and zucchini)
    1 small onion
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with onion and oregano.
    Cook squash, cut in small pieces; drain.
    Add to ground beef, then add spaghetti sauce. Cook 30 to 40 minutes.
    Stir in shredded cheese.
    Stir until cheese melts.
    Serve with garlic bread or hot rolls.
