Low-Fat Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    dash of salt
    1/4 c. skim milk
    1/3 c. canola oil
Preparation
    Mix and pat into pan to form crust.
    Top crust must be worked on waxed paper and gently eased off onto pie.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 18 minutes.
