Stuffed Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 beef steaks (1-inch thick)
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 slice bread
    1/3 c. shredded cheese (Velveeta or a mixture of your favorite)
    black pepper
    1 or 2 jalapeno peppers
Preparation
    You will need toothpicks to secure openings on steaks.
