Potato Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small baked potatoes
1 1/2 to 2 boxes powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
crunchy peanut butter
Preparation

Mash baked potatoes in large mixing bowl.
Add sugar and vanilla.
Mix until consistency is like dough.
Roll on wax paper.
Spread with peanut butter.
Roll into log.
Chill for several hours or overnight.
Slice.
Store in refrigerator.
Rolls may be frozen.
