Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. Vidalia onions
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 1/4 c. cornbread stuffing mix (plain or herb)
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Cook onions and margarine until onions are transparent.
    Mix other ingredients and place in a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Mix stuffing with 2 tablespoons margarine and spread over casserole. Bake in oven at 300\u00b0 until bubbly and brown.
