Hungarian Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. lean ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
2 qt. canned tomatoes, cut up tomatoes and add juice too
1 lb. elbow macaroni, cooked
2 c. frozen green peas
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. sugar (optional)
Preparation

Brown beef and onion.
Drain excess fat.
Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions and drain.
Combine beef mixture, macaroni, tomatoes, peas and seasoning in Dutch oven.
Simmer 10 to 15 minutes to heat through.
