Stuffed Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. bay scallops, washed and dried
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. sherry
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Combine melted butter, bread crumbs and sherry.
    In buttered casserole alternate layers/scallops with crumb mixture, ending with crumbs.
    Salt and pepper lightly.
    Pour evaporated milk over all and dot with butter.
    Bake, uncovered, in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
    Serve on toast points.
