Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts (optional)
2 c. diced apples
1 c. grated apples

Preparation

Mix and bake in greased Bundt pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
