Cold Fruit Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pitted plums
    1 c. pitted sour red cherries
    1 c. sliced peaches
    6 c. water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    6 Tbsp. sour cream
Preparation
    Combine fruit, water, sugar, salt and cinnamon in a saucepan. Bring to boil; cook over low heat 15 minutes.
    Put in blender. Mix cornstarch with little water and stir into the fruit mixture. Cook over low heat 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Chill and garnish with sour cream.
    Serves 6.
