Low Calorie Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
    1 Tbsp. India or sweet relish
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    grated rind of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients and chill.
    Stir well and serve over crisp salad greens.
    Two tablespoons of dressing contains 25 calories.
