Cobbler Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    2 c. shortening
Preparation
    Mix
    flour
    and
    salt
    in
    mixing bowl; add shortening; blend well
    until
    coarse.
    Add water; mix well.\tSprinkle on pastry sheet and roll thin.
    Cut in strips and place on top of favorite filling.
    Overlap
    each strip.
    When pie is covered, brush with melted butter
    and\tsprinkle
    with\tsugar.\tBake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
