Ground Beef, Rice And Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground chuck
Uncle Ben's long grain rice (enough to cover bottom of roaster)
canned corn (not creamed and juice)
Preparation

In a roaster, break meat into very fine pieces and put over the rice, which was sprinkled over the bottom of roaster. Pour corn with juice over that. You can put green pepper strips on top. Put some tomato sauce on top (if prefer). Bake, covered, at 300\u00b0 for a good hour. Kids love it.
