Apricot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
    1 small box apricot or orange jello
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 jars apricot baby food
    3/4 c. sugar
    9 oz. Cool Whip
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in pineapple over low heat.
    Remove from heat and fold in softened cream cheese, sugar and baby food.
    Place in refrigerator until mixture begins to thicken.
    Fold in Cool Whip. Sprinkle with nuts and return to the refrigerator.
