Tandoori Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 lb.) chicken, cut in 8 pieces
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. fresh ginger
3 cloves garlic
3 green chilies
1/2 tsp. coriander seed
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. cumin seed
1/2 tsp.oil
1 c. yogurt
2 lemons, sliced
8 green onions
Preparation
-
Skin the chicken.
Make deep cuts in the meat with the point of the knife.
Sprinkle with salt and rub with vinegar.
Allow to stand 15 minutes.
