Oyaku-Dumbou(Serves 4) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 chicken breasts, bones removed
1 bunch scallions
1 medium onion
5 to 6 eggs
1/4 c. soy sauce
mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. chicken broth
Preparation

Cut up chicken.
Cut up scallions, 1-inch pieces.
Chop onion in medium pieces.
Preheat electric skillet (320\u00b0 to 340\u00b0).
Use 2 to 4 tablespoons of oil for frying.
Fry chicken first, then onions, then mushrooms.
Add soy sauce and broth.
Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
Beat eggs.
Right before you are ready to serve, put eggs in.
Turn up heat a little and turn over eggs and chicken until set but not dry.
Serve over rice.
