Ingredients

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. cold water *
3 (8 oz. each) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. whipping cream or heavy cream, whipped
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
1/3 c. Amaretto liqueur *
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Combine graham cracker crumbs with butter.
Press into bottom and up sides of 9-inch spring-form pan; chill.
