Zucchini Casserole(Start This Dish Up To 4 Hours Ahead!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. shredded zucchini
    3 eggs, beaten
    12 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1/2 lb. rinsed mushrooms, sliced
    1 (14 oz.) can pizza sauce
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. Italian herbs
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
Preparation
    In a bowl, mix zucchini with salt; let stand 15 minutes. Drain and squeeze out as much liquid as possible.
    Combine zucchini, eggs, flour, 1/2 cup cheese and herbs.
    Spread evenly in a shallow greased 3-quart baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until set in center when touched, about 15 minutes.
    Use or let stand up to 4 hours.
