Dry Ramen Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Oriental flavored Ramen noodles
    4 c. water
    1 small bunch fresh broccoli, cut up in bite-size pieces
    1 large carrot, cut into 1 x 1/4-inch strips
    1 c. chopped ham, Spam or chicken
    1 Tbsp. sesame oil
    1/2 c. green onions, cut into 1-inch lengths
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Remove Ramen noodles seasoning packets and keep 1 packet for later use.
    Bring water to a boil and add noodles.
    Boil for 2 minutes; rinse and drain.
    In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
    Add carrot, broccoli and meat.
    Saute for 5 minutes. Gently stir in drained noodles, one packet Ramen noodle seasoning, soy sauce, pepper and green onions.
    Saute a few minutes longer. Serve immediately.
