Breakfast Taco - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    corn or flour tortillas
    2 eggs
    4 strips bacon
    2 potatoes
    1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Spray skillet with vegetable oil.
    Dice potatoes and bacon. Scramble eggs in small bowl.
    Cook diced bacon in skillet.
    Add potatoes.
    Cover with lid for about 3 minutes until cooked, then add eggs in and cook until done.
    Warm tortilla and add 3 tablespoons cooked eggs, bacon and potatoes into tortilla and top with cheese; enjoy.
