Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. margarine
    6 eggs
    2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 can Baker's coconut
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cream together sugar and margarine. Mix eggs, buttermilk, flour, vanilla and coconut.
    Pour into two unbaked pie shells and bake 30 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 2 pies.
