Feather Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 c. scalded milk
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten well
about 5 c. flour
Preparation

Combine the yeast, warm water and sugar; dissolve.
Combine the scalded milk, sugar, butter and salt; cool to lukewarm. Combine yeast mixture and milk mixture.
Add in eggs.
Mix in flour.
Dough should be slightly sticky.
Put oil in large bowl and spread over sides.
Place dough in bowl; turn over to coat all sides.
Let raise until double in size.
Shape into rolls and let raise.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
