Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. Ritz crackers crumbs
1 pkg. stuffing mushrooms, or 3 packs of medium mushrooms, stems removed
1/2 lb. margarine or butter
1 onion chopped
1 celery stalk chopped
1/2 green pepper diced
1 small can shrimp drained
Dash of salt, pepper, garlic salt and oregano to taste
Preparation

Saute onion, celery, pepper, chopped stems from mushrooms and seasoning in margarine until softened. Add shrimp. Mix into cracker crumbs and stuff mushrooms. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
