*Romanian Marble Sponge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 sticks butter
    6 eggs, separated
    1 c. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3 to 4 tsp. cocoa
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg yolks, one at a time.
    Add milk, then add flour, baking powder and vanilla. Beat the egg whites stiff. Gently fold into batter. Fold in the nuts. Add cocoa to 1/4 of the batter.
    Grease a large tube pan well.
    Pour cocoa mixture and then add the white mixture on top.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour. When cool, dust with confectioners sugar.
