Zucchini Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 zucchini
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
    1 c. grated Velveeta cheese (about)
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Scoop out centers of zucchini; cut this into small pieces. Place into a bowl.
    Add the beaten eggs, onion, cheese, salt and pepper.
    Stir and spoon into shells.
    Bake.
    Put 1/2 cup water in casserole before baking.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes, covered, and for 15 minutes, uncovered.
