Mim Maw'S Chocolate Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. cocoa
3/4 c. milk
1/2 stick margarine
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation

Mix sugar, cocoa and milk in heavy saucepan.
Cook and stir constantly, letting boil about 10 to 15 minutes on medium heat until it reaches the soft ball stage.
Remove from heat; add margarine and vanilla.
Beat together and let cool, beating often. Spread on any layer cake.
