Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. regular flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. chopped bananas
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 c. oil
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Add oil, eggs, vanilla, crushed pineapple, bananas and nuts.
Mix with spoon (do not beat).
Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
Cool in pan.
