Hawaiian Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 c. buttermilk baking mix
1 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. sour cream
1/2 c. oleo
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. rum (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Drain pineapple (save juice for glaze). Stir baking mix, flour and soda.
Beat sugar, sour cream, oleo and vanilla together for 2 minutes.
Add flour mixture and beat 1 minute longer.
Stir in pineapple and rum.
Turn in well-greased Bundt pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Remove from oven and spoon over 1/2 glaze over cake.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Turn out on plate and spoon on remaining glaze.
Cool before cutting.
