Pork Chop And Sauerkraut Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. lean pork chops or ribs, fat removed and broiled slightly to reduce fat
4 large carrots, peeled and shredded
2 large apples, peeled and chopped
2 large onions, sliced and ringed
2 Tbsp. chopped garlic
1 large can sauerkraut
1 tsp. each: celery salt, garlic powder, onion salt and pepper
Preparation

Place in layers in oblong baking dish.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 3 to 4 hours.
