Tennessee Quick Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Melt margarine in saucepan; add sugar and milk.
Stir constantly.
Bring to a boil.
Boil hard for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add coconut and nuts.
Leave cake in pan (9 x 13-inch).
Spread frosting on slightly warm cake.
