Cheddar Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. flour
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. finely chopped ham
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
Preparation

Toss cheese with flour.
Add eggs, milk, ham and seasonings; mix well.
Pour into pastry shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until set.
Garnish with parsley and pimento strips as desired. Serves 6.
