Bran Muffins(12 Muffins) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. bran cereal
    1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. soda
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1 c. buttermilk or 1 c. yogurt with 2 Tbsp. water added
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. raisins or other chopped, dried fruit
Preparation
    Combine bran, flour and baking soda.
    Combine butter and honey. Melt together in saucepan or microwave.
    Combine buttermilk, eggs, butter and honey together; beat well.
    Add to dry ingredients. Stir just to moisten dry ingredients.
    Add raisins.
    Divide among 12 greased or paper lined muffin cups.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
