Scalloped Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except crumbs.
    Season with 1/4 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper.
    Turn into 9 1/2 x 5 1/4 x 2 3/4-inch loaf pan (or similar pan).
    Top with crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 20 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and outside comes out clean.
