French Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
    4 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1 onion, sliced
    1 c. ham
    1 c. Swiss cheese
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 to 6 slices bacon
Preparation
    Spread cheese and other dry ingredients in pie shell.
    Lightly beat eggs and milk.
    Add salt, pepper and nutmeg.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Allow to stand 10 minutes before cutting.
