Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
2 c. light Karo syrup
4 Tbsp. flour
4 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
3 unbaked pie shells
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Blend in butter, flour, vanilla, salt, sugar, syrup and pecans.
Mix well.
Prick bottoms of pie shells with fork.
Gently pour mixture into pie shells.
Bake in hot oven (425\u00b0) for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake about 40 minutes.
Makes 3 pies.
